@ Lord Rahl: Yeah, your profile picture does look a bit creepy. Oh and I just figured out how you found me. Ever consider they were hidden for a reason? quelin: that would be nice, I need someone to throw stuff at.

@wizzie My profile picture is gorgeous and I have no idea what you are talking about. quelinI emailed Kristi last night, I'm going to give her some time to reply before I make any decisions about her character. And, I just noticed. Anthony made a post today. And judging by that post... I think things are about to get interesting.

Question@ sariah and Quelin:
It was established accidentally fairly early on in Aleister's story arc that he was impossible to sense magically unless he goes out of his way to manipulate exorbitant amount of Underworld energy. Was Sariah sensing Eris and Rahl, and/or is there an aspect to her Gift not yet explored? Quelin, while I am curious as to why Aleister was being tailed, I'm more concerned as to whether or not his sensory capabilities allow him to detect Aleister. Aleister could detect even a shrouded Gift by observing ripples in the Veil's fabric, but I don't know about Quelin.

Quelin is fairly adept at detecting the gift of others, but he has to really exert himself to find it and understand it. As far as the being detected goes, his gift has manifested itself basically to allow him to use subtractive magic to mask himself. Like the oily void that covers him right now in the story is a manifestation of his gift which removes him from sight. Mainly he has the ability to make his gift appear as if it doesn't exist. It takes concentration to do this though, so he can prevent the subtractive magic from absorbing all of his gift. But yea, he can become truly invisible. but it takes a lot of concentration, which will alter his ability to do other things at the same time

Are you a young looking guy with long hair, a first name that starts with A and a last name that starts with a C? If so, I got a friend request from you.. If not, then I have no idea who that is...

No it weakens him because he is not a rahl. Just as it would all other wizards.

I am, Sarah. That's an older picture. None of my newer ones look very good. I'm not quite that young anymore, though. And hi there, Tony.

Andd, since this thread appears to be the general discussion thread for now,
I altered my character sheet in the "Characters" page slightly to fit the story that I'm going to improve on in my next post on Lost In The Woods. Just so you all know.
I also removed my ability as a prophet, as I never actually have any prophecies and at this point there has been no mention of it in-story that I know of.

Hey guys... Do we have a seeker? I know the Mother Confessor is AWOL right now, but do we have a seeker? I noticed some posts, but nothing recent...

She's been off the radar ever since the Bandakar campaign ended. People shouldn't know where she is... Though Liliana might receive a nasty surprise, given that she is now, and apparently always was, the impetus behind the Old World threat.
PS: There are five thousand plus D'Haran Special Forces soldiers terrorizing, sabotaging, and slaughtering in the Old World- has this yet affected the Old World?

Sadly it has done little but to remove all opposition to Lilianas rule hense why you have been aloud to continue. Besides I have made no move to attack the new world so I fail to see this threat.

I missed it, which thread was it in which Altur'Rang was put into the state it's currently in? I'd like to read up on it a bit more, but I'm too tired to find it amongst them all right now. (Aimed at those who would know off-hand, not intended to have anyone else look for me.)
